“ZJ2019025” was inspected by the surveyors of Zhejiang Shipping Exchange Co., Ltd , safely afloat at berth of Nantong Datang International Power Co., Ltd, under command of the transferor on July 20, 2019. Please find the inspection report as follows:

The above information was extracted from the ship’s certificates.
Referring to the FSC inspection records, the ship had passed at Zhoushan Port on November 28,2018 without major defects. Referring to the Deck Log and Engine Log, the ship consumes abt. 17t FO day at a speed of 10kt with 108RPM during recent voyages. The main generators could consume FO as well.
III. Inspection Report
The ship is designed and constructed as a single deck, driven with single oar and stern. The hull is of double bottom double shell, structure form is vertical and horizontal mixed skeleton type. The ship of Ice class B is equipped with 9 watertight bulkheads, with Fr12-Fr215 double bottom, 5 cargo holds, and steel hydraulic weather tight cover. It had forecastle, poop and 5 decks.
At the time of inspection, the ship was moored on the starboard side at the berth and was unloading the coal. Two surveyors from the Exchange accompanied by the crew carried out a general inspection on some accessible places such as cabins, engine rooms and decks. Due to the limitation of conditions, hermetic cabins such as side ballast tank, bottom tanks and fresh water tank had not been opened and checked.
1. Hull
1.1 Shipsides
The ship above the waterline appeared flat and had no obvious collision and deformation. The quality of welding and molding was good without sag, welding tumors and cracks. The painting coating was in good condition, while part was rubbed slightly. The ship’s name, PoR, LL, draft makers were found painted clearly. The rudder blade and propeller underwater could not be inspected.
No inspection had been made for those under waterline.
1.2 Forecastle Deck
The forecastle deck appeared flat, and its plating painted appeared in good condition, part slightly rusty. The bodies and the bases of the hydraulic windlasses fixed on the forecastle were fairly painted, but partly rusty and dirty at the corners. Chain lockers and their supports were painted in general condition. The anchor chains were complete and their rails were not loose. The bulwarks, rails and inclined ladder of the forecastle were found integrity and well painted. The steel plates at the end wall of forecastle were found flat, fairly painted but slightly rusty in some parts. The forecastle aisle structure was found completely and worked normally. The deck in the forecastle appeared flat with good painting coating. The structure of the bow anchor hydraulic pump was found complete and well maintained.
1.3 Main Deck
The main deck appeared flat with sound welding and molding, and the plating painted appeared in general condition, part slightly rusty and dirty. Railings and columns of both side bulwarks were painted general condition. The bollards on deck with ingredient construction, were well painted. All the ventilators, the ventilate pipes, the ventilate pipe caps, the fire-fighting water pipes were lied regularly, fair painted but a little bit dirty at the corners.
1.4 Other Decks
The forecastle deck and its aisles appeared painted in general condition, part slightly rusty and dirty. The surfaces and the bases of the 2 hydraulic windlasses fixed on the poop deck were fairly painted. The bollard and mooring roller were arranged well with good appearance. The painting coating of the ventilate pipes, the shutters and the little hatch covers was found in good condition
The other decks appeared flat, and their plating painted in general condition.The poop bulwarks were found without deformation or breakage, painted fairly and rust in some parts. The painting condition of the fungus type ventilators, chimney, and outdoor ladders were found in good condition. All deck watertight doors were found in good condition
2. Cargo Holds
The ship has 5 cargo holds. All the hatch covers were open while coal was loaded with 1 C/H. And tank bulkhead, rail, bottom plate, pipeline, channel ladder and other structures in the other 4 holds were found in general condition and the coating in the hold was in good condition. The weld quality of hatch enclosure outer wall and hatch enclosure stiffening material was good, the coating condition is good, no obvious deformation was found. The hatch cover made of steel was weather tight. The opening mode was of hydraulic cylinder Jack-up type. The hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic pipelines were maintained in general condition with minor leaking partly. The surface coating of hatch cover was found in general condition but some of them were found rusty. Maintenance of hatch cover locking device, roller, roller track is in general condition.

3. LSA, FFA
The ship was equipped with gravity enclosed lifeboats with capacity of 25 persons per boat located on the boat deck both on her port and starboard side. The lifeboat frames were firmly welded and painted while the lifeboats were painted in good condition. The ship had 1 inflatable life raft (25 persons) located on the boat deck on her starboard while 1 life raft (6 persons) on the starboard of the forecastle deck. The appearance of the life rafts was found in normal with clear inspection date for next time.
Excepting water fire-extinguishing system, both the E/R and C/Hs were equipped with fixed carbon dioxide foam fire-extinguishing system. The foam fire extinguishing system was located in the left deck room, with the releasing operation instructions, schematic diagram, etc. posted as required.
The emergency fire pump room was located under the forecastle the. The appearance of the fire pump was found without abnormal. The coating of the fire hose was found in general condition.
4. Bridge, Crew Accommodation
The bridge had driving console, radio district, charts district, and its layout was found in order and convenient for the driver to watch. It was equipped with adequate navigation equipment and relatively perfect monitoring and alarm systems. ME remote controller was found generally clean on surface. The navigation books and materials stored in the chart table were found basically complete.
The crew accommodation, dinning room, kitchen on the superstructure of the poop were fully equipped with equipment and appliances. The fineness of the indoor floor, wall fire insulation and decoration plates was in good condition. The warning marks indoor and outdoor, and the fire control plans were posted completely.
5. Engines and Electric Apparatus
The Engine Room with 3 floors was arranged at aft ward. The propulsion system was composed of diesel engine, stern shaft and pitch propeller. The E/R structure was found perfect without deformation and unsoldering. The painting coating of its bulkheads was in good condition and the pipes were also well painted. The bottom of the E/R appeared clean.
5.1. Main Engine: Diesel engine 6S42MC7 – 6480kW x 136 RPM

Date: December 01, 2011.
The M/E was found completely with good maintenance of its external and surface parts. No obvious oil traces of running, spilling, dripping or leaking were found during inspection. No weld crack was found in the base of the M/E. The bolt fastener of the M/E and the base was firmly connected without any sign of loosening.
5.2. Main Generators: The ship was equipped 3 generators with the model of 1FC6 454-6SA43 (420kW/set) while the prime movers with the model of 5L16/24 (450.00kW/set at 1000RPM).
3# generator was inspected to run without abnormal. All the 3 generators were maintained well and not found obvious oil, and no obvious oil traces of running, spilling, dripping or leaking. The nameplates of the generators could be read clearly.
5.3. 1 Emergency Generator with the model of 1FC6 285-4SA45-Z (120kW/set) while the prime movers with the model of 6CTA8.3-GM155 (155kW/set at 1500RPM).
Inspecting the appearance of the Emergency Generator, there was no obvious oil on the surface and in the oil fence. The Emergency Generator was found maintained well with clean nameplates.
5.4. Engine Centralized Control Room: 8 Nos main power distribution panel, 1 No. centralized control panel platform. The structure of the distribution panel and centralized control panel was complete and the surface of those were clean. All instruments and indicators worked normally.
5.5. Boiler: An Exhaust Gas Boiler made by Jiangyin Sanjie Industrial Co., LTD. was located in the E/R with the model of LZY1.2/220-0.7. It was used to oil heating and life heating. Its surface appeared generally clean and well maintained.
5.6. Other Machinery in E/R: there were no obvious oil on the surface of engine bed, air compressors, air reservoirs, sewage treatment device while there were obvious oil on the surfaces and the base of oil distributor and oil supply units. The steel inclined ladder, railing and handrail in the engine room were complete arranged and the painting coating was found in good condition. The appearance of the E/R platform and checkered plates was found in general condition.
5.7. Rudder Room: The ship was equipped with 1 hydraulic steering gear made by CSSC South China Marine Machinery Co., LTD with the torque of 720.00kN. Both the surface and the base of the rubber were not found stains, and painted in good condition. The rubber. The room structure welded in general condition was complete and clean without deformation.
IV. Conclusion
According to the analysis and discussion of the ship's condition by the surveyors, the conclusions were given as followings:
1. The ship registered with CCS had complete certificates within validity period. The inspection records showed no major defects, and last intermediate survey had been made at Zhoushan Port on June 29, 2019.
2. The hull structure was found in good condition and pained with general quality. The deck machines were maintained in good condition.
3. Engines and Electric Apparatus in the E/R were adequate and maintained in good condition.
4. The bridge was placed properly with adequate navigation equipment and relatively perfect monitoring and alarm systems.
